Culture of Health

The Missouri Center for Nursing is excited to announce the launch of the Culture of Health Recognition Program to encourage and highlight groups that are working to build a healthier Missouri.

The Missouri Center for Nursing Culture of Health Recognition Program is designed to spotlight Missourians who are making great strides in promoting better health for their communities.

This program will honor and celebrates groups, committees, and organizations that have placed a priority on improving health through the creation of powerful partnerships and deep commitments to make change that will enable all in our diverse state to lead healthier lives now and for generations to come. Chosen entities will be recognized throughout the year and have their success stories celebrated and shared at a year-end gala.

To be eligible, the work must be based in Missouri and replicable. Teams must be led or co-led by a nurse, membership must be diverse, and the committee should reflect inter-professional collaboration.
